So there is a living room on the ground floor (Upholstered seating area with 4 armchairs, large LCD TV, music system, Wi-Fi) and an open passage to a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, electric stove, dishwasher and div. Kitchen appliances. Upstairs is an open sleeping area with double bed in mezzanine, double sofa bed and a dressing room and a bathroom with shower / WC. The house can be centrally heated. Cot available. Due to several levels, the house is not suitable for guests with a disability. Outside there is a pond with goldfish, furthermore there are 2 furnished terraces, barbecue area, WiFi, storage for bicycles and parking space available. For a fee locally a fishing boat with 7 hp engine can be rented directly at the property.   The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption. Pets: In this object along on the trip of a dog is allowed (5 EUR / E). The deposit must be paid with the booking. Should a booking notice is not possible, a registration must be done.
