La Casa di Karim is located in the center of Pescantina a few kilometers from the center of Verona and Lake Garda, from Gardaland, from Aquardens and from the cellars of Valpolicella. We do not offer hotel accommodation, but discreet and familiar hospitality in a very welcoming and equipped environment. The whole house is made with natural materials (exposed wooden beams, on the ground floor all natural terracotta and on the first floor all parquet). The house has a beautiful garden with trees where you can relax. The house is organized on 3 levels with the hall, kitchen, laundry room and a small bathroom on the ground floor; on the first floor are the bedrooms and the guest bathrooms; on the second floor bedrooms and bathroom of the owners. Guests have access to all the equipment of the house: appliances in the kitchen including 2 electric ovens, 1 microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine with capsules, kettle with selection of tea, stove, TV. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, table and iron. Room with Smart TV equipped with Xbox with games and controllers, well-stocked library, leather sofas. Stair lift for people with walking difficulties and walker on the first floor. A bicycle can also be used in one of the bathrooms. Each bathroom has all the necessary services (sink, bidet, cup, shower and large cabinet). Outside, large and comfortable garden with tables, chairs, barbecue, ping pong table with rackets. Both my son and I live in this house (we have the rooms on the second floor) and therefore one of us will always be present for the reception, for all the advice on the areas to visit and in any case for any need
