Old mud house, countryside near the sea and tourist routes

My house is a mud house of 80 m2, about 500 years old which has been completely renovated. It has a closed courtyard of 100m2. And an open garden of 250m2 equipped with a pergola. This house is located 3.5 km from the sea and 400 m from the village with baker / grocery .the department stores are about 5 minutes. The house is on the edge of a cul-de-sac. the place is very quiet and still have all its fauna and flora. A large seaside resort is 15 minutes by car.
