You will receive the door code, directions to location and instructions prior to your stay for easy entry upon arrival. 3rd bedroom available for additional fee! 3rd bedroom is equipped with queen sized bed, attached bathroom, rear/alley access, kitchenette, and a smart television. This property is less than a mile from the Canyon Square, which houses many restaurants and shopping location. Also, just a short drive to WTAMU campus, Panhandle Plains Historical Museum, Palo Duro Canyon State Park, Walmart, restaurants and Amarillo. Full access inside the Unit, except for the pantry where we keep supplies. There is plenty of other space available to store things for your convenience. We think you will love to pull into the garage, especially in inclement weather.😃 Additional bedroom available for a nightly fee. Bedroom will remain locked when not rented! Easily available for questions, maintenance and other needs during your stay. This unique property is located in the area just behind Tex Randall, the biggest Cowboy in the Texas Panhandle and close to all of Canyon's best shopping and eating. Since this is the Caretaker's Quarters of a storage unit complex, it is in a row of storage units and the only Living Quarters in the building. It is next to the owners 4 rental properties, which are currently being painted and have long term renters in it that we know very well. The units are close to the railroad track, where you may feel the awesome rumble of the trains, but the railroad crossings closest to the unit have been redone by the BNSF Railroad to be whistleless. Enjoy your stay. Canyon is a relatively small town and is bike/walking friendly but a drive in the car can get you anywhere in 8 minutes. We feel like the Uniqueness of the location is part of the FUN!
