one bed-roomed detached cottage set in the gardens and woodland of the main house. Having a private parking space for one car outside the entrance. It is centrally heated and equipped to a high standard providing very comfortable accommodation throughout the year. The small but cosy open-plan cottage has a lounge with TV and DVD player with beamed ceilings leading through French-windows to a small balcony overlooking the estuary and Cader Idris mountain range. Off the lounge is the bedroom with a double bed, the shower room and well equipped kitchen/dining area. There is an electric cooker, fridge and microwave oven. There is WiFi in the cottage but due to the rural location mobile signal can be patchy depending on your network. A lot of the local café’s and bars in both Barmouth and Dolgellau do offer Broadband free of charge. Situated between Barmouth and Dolgellau, Coedmor is within easy reach of many North Wales attractions. A perfect base for touring Snowdonia and is close to over 5 miles of stunning Sandy beaches.
