Situated right next to the 125 year old Manx Electric Railway, the tram stops just outside at the Fairy Cottage halt. The cottage is accessed by a single step into the conservatory and two steps into the main living area. The kitchen and bathroom are off the living area. The bathroom has a corner bath with hand held shower facilities.
