'A Cosy Cottage' - Wifi ,Garden, Ideal Base to see 'Escape to Chateau' 3 chateau

-As our name suggests it is a cosy cottage and very homely. Cool in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter. It is stone built, situated over 3 floors, renovated in French country style, secluded, pretty garden with guests patio area with BBQ. Our village is floral, plenty of designated parking and the road has been re-configured to slow the traffic down so the village is even quieter! Main bedroom on top floor has a double bed, the room is furnished simply but characterful with plenty of storage for clothes etc. *Living area on middle floor has wood floors & a log burner. *There is an AC unit on this floor too. * 1 basket of wood is provided ( ALL wood is provided for the Xmas period only) *Two sofas. *A 24' TV complete with English & French channels. *DVD and HiFi. * A selection of French & English DVD's, CD's *Plenty of board games & books. *A generous selection of young children's toys, games and books. * Lots of reading material for adults (both French and English) - Something for the whole family! *Some items to use the beach or at a picnic. *The toilet is on this floor also which is convenient for the bedroom on the lower floor and the other on the top floor. *Kitchen/dining room on lower floor. *A small fitted kitchen incl Gas cooker. *Sink /drainer. *Refrigerator. *Washing machine. *Iron & ironing board, *Microwave. *Food Blender. *Table & chairs to seat 4 people. *A high chair available for young children / babies. *The 2nd bedroom area with a smaller double bed. There is a fold up bed available should someone not want to share. *Cupboards/shelves for storing clothes. *The Shower room is also on this level, so separate from the toilet and no having to wait. *Cottage is in a great position for all amenities, walks, cycling, bird watching, photography,painting and fishing. *OUR COTTAGE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PETS. *Lovely relaxing private garden accessible via the back of the cottage down a very short grassy pathway. *A seating area, deck chairs and BBQ provided. *A welcome pack is provided including basic supplies. *On your request, we will send you a list of items available for your use when staying at the cottage, so you know what to pack and what not to pack! * We provide comprehensive information which includes how long it should take guests to get to amenities and tourist attractions etc. We have visited many of the attractions and may be able to advise should you wish. *Electric heating throughout the cottage as well as the log burner. *Electric fans are also provided for the warmer months. AC unit in the living room for the especially hot days. *There are local weekly markets in most towns throughout the year, weekly concerts and events in the Mayenne and Orne regions throughout the summer.A list of weekly markets is in the cottage. *Living close by we are available to assist you with any requests/emergencies during your stay should the need arise. Our guests have found this to be very useful.
