CHALET GRAND SOLEIL independent with terrace and meadow

CHAMPORCHER The chalet is located in a very characteristic small mountain village, but well served by shops, bars, restaurants. The building is completely independent and consists of: living area on the ground floor with access to the outside and to the meadows that surround it. The outside is equipped with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs. The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge with small freezer, oven, microwave. Plates and everything you need is enough for 8 people. You will also find tablecloths and tableware. The table has 6 chairs, but there is room for another two. On the first floor there is a large panoramic bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two beds, a mezzanine with another two sleeping places for a total of 6 places. The beds can be arranged according to the requirements of the tenants. The bathrooms are two: one for each floor, one with bath and the other with shower In the second bathroom there is also a washing machine. Bath towels are provided, as well as bed linen. The position is unique: tranquility, full sun all year round and mountain views .Individual box which can also be used as a deposit for the bicycle, sky ect. Free WIFI. From the house you can go for beautiful hikes inside the PARK of MONT AVIC (the WELCOME CENTER with its Museum is 1 km from the house), towards the High mountain refuges (there are 4) , to the lakes or to the mountain pastures. If you do the sky there is the cross-country trail and the ski lifts at 2 km. For climbing enthusiasts there are boulder routes and prepared walls. Do not miss the cultural aspects: FORT de BARD with its MUSEUM of the ALPS and the Medieval castles of Verres and Fenis.
