The kitchens have a fridge, stoves, microwaves, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, linens, and much more. Rooms are fully furnished. Bathrooms include almost everything you will need. We follow the State of Florida’s requirements for COVID-19 cleaning compliances and are reviewed multiple times per month. ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENCE AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN PER THE STATE OF FLORIDA AND IS SOLELY USED FOR COVID-19 CONTACT TRACING. You have access to everything on the property except for managers' private quarters and other guest rooms. You will have access to docks, bbq area, and yard.
