Comfort Apartment - long term rent possible

Completely new renovated Apartment on Floor level with exit to the Garden. Has everything you need for e.g. a long term stay and is equipped on a high quality level. The Apartment is located on the floor level. It includes a small corridor, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a large living room with workspace and a TV. The Living room has a 1,8 x 2m Bed, a big cabinet, a couch which you can use for sleeping as well, a desk and a 49 inch UHD TV. From the living room you can access the kitchen with oven and exit to the 2000 sum garden. It can be separated with a glass sliding door. The apartment is located in an L-shaped frame house which was build approx. 1850. You enter the building from the red door located at the corner of the "L". If you enter the building you will be in the main corridor. From this corridor you have access to 3 flats, each has its own separate entrance. Your door will be the single door to the left. If you open it you will be in your own personal corridor from your apartment. The main corridor is not used for living, just for access. The Gardenn can be used as well from there is the easiest access to the heater room, where the washing machine is located. This room can also be used for drying, since it is warm, your clothes will be dry in no-time. In most cases I will not be there, but my Co-Lead is living nearby and will assist you with all your question and solves issues, if any. Die Firma KWS ist nur 8km entfernt, also sogar noch per Fahrrad erreichbar, falls kein Auto vorhanden ist. Zur Uni Göttingen braucht ihr ca. 30 min mit dem Auto, alternativ Fahrrad und Bahn ab Bahnhof Salzderhelden oder Kreinsen. Beide sind etwas über 5km entfernt. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich reizvoll und lädt zum Wandern und Motorradfahren ein. Die Skigebiete im Harz sind auch nur ca. 30km entfernt. Im Nahegelegenen Einbeck ist das Museum PS Speicher ein gern genommener Ausflugsort. Die einfachste Anreise ist per Pkw oder Motorrad. Parkplätze sind direkt auf dem Hof. Die Hannover Messe ist am besten via Taxi und Bahn zu erreichen. Die Taxifahrt zum Bahnhof Salzderhelden oder Kreiensen dauert 5-7 min, von daher gibt es dann eine Metronom Direktverbindung zur Messe, Fahrzeit insgesamt ca. 1h. Die Bahnlinie führt am Ort vorbei, die nächsten Bahnhöfe sind Salzderhelden und Kreiensen, beide in der Entfernung 6-7 min mit dem Taxi, etwas über 5km. Ein Bus im Ort fährt ca. 2x am Tag.
