The whole house will be yours! I do allow some pets. I need to know what kind of pet and a $50.00 extra cleaning charge is required! So $100.00 cleaning fee if u have a pet! We are settled in a quiet and peaceful valley with the NC mountains around us. You will enjoy sitting on the screened in porch and listening to the creek and branch! You may walk over both walking (Website hidden by Airbnb) over the branch the other crosses the creek...also feel free to walk the appx six to seven acres and if you dare....climb the mountain beside the house…from the top an amazing view all the way to Murphy and Andrews! Yes, I will be available to offer help during your stay. I live just across the creek! Eight miles from Harrad's Casino. We are 20 minutes away from the famous John C. Campbell Folk School. Ten miles away from historic Murphy and Andrews. 30 minutes from white water rafting at beautiful Nantahala ....30 minutes appx from "Fields Of The Woods". We have Cherokee County public transportation that is just a phone call away. the cost is only $1.00 PER TRIP!!! Very quiet and peaceful setting! Sit on the screened porch beside the creek....beautiful flowing waters!I have reserved a $300.00 security Fee! It isn’t deducted from your total, however, it’s reserved in case of any damages(s)!
