Tourism NI Certified. Private gated modern 4 bedroom country house set in 118 acre of rolling panoramic countryside, located 1.5 miles from the village of Kells. Easily accessible from major ports and airports. The house is great for a staycation for couples or for families. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. The house is located separately on the farm and you will have full access to the area within the walled boundary. Plenty of activities including games room, pool table, table tennis, wii, Xbox360, DVD’s, books, board games, BBQ. The house has 3 reception areas: a large living room, large kitchen/lounge area with wood burning fireplace, large sunroom. One bedroom is located downstairs along with a downstairs shower room, making it suitable for anyone not able to manage stairs. Smart TV is provided in the Kitchen/lounge area and sunroom. TV in master suite and double bedroom. There is a large utility room for guests to wash n dry clothing, store Wellington boots, coats etc. WIFI 1.5 miles Kells village (5 mins by car or 25mins walking) 10 miles Belfast International Airport 22 miles Belfast City Airport 8 miles Ballymena 38 miles Royal Portrush Golf Club 40 miles Giants Causeway 20 Miles Belfast City Centre 6 miles Antrim Castle 4.5 miles Junction One outlet (great for cinema, supermarket, shops, restaurant, take-way) 24hr contact The picturise village of Kells is only located 1.5 miles away. The village has historical importance. The village has a restaurant, library, supermarket, petrol station, public transport and various other amenities. Nearest public transport is in Kells village. A car is recommended but not essential. The location is an excellent starting base for numerous walks over the antrim hills and futher. House sleeps 13 which includes double sofa bed in open plan living area. Additional bed(s) provided upon request.
