Studio Apartment on Horse Farm

Studio apartment (all one large 500 square foot living area) sleeps six with private entrance, kitchenette, full bath, in restored 1904 farmhouse on 140 acre horse farm in the beautiful Tennessee Valley. Three stocked fishing ponds, miles of hiking trails. Pets are welcome. Renaissance Farm is a 140 acre breeding and training horse farm specializing in the rare and exotic Lusitano and Andalusian horses of Spain, Portugal and Brazil. Our guest apartment is just steps away from the duck pond, stocked with large mouth bass and overlooks the herd of miniature horses and ponies who are always looking for attention. In addition to horses, many other animals call the farm home including goats, chickens, ducks , geese and the always necessary farm cats and dogs. This rural setting is just eight miles from I-81, an hour from Bristol Motor Speedway, Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Pets are always welcome and horses can be boarded for an additional fee. Home cooking is also available with advanced notice and for an additional fee. Our guest apartment includes a two double beds and set of twin bunk beds. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot and hot plate (no stove). Wireless internet and satellite TV including NFL Sunday Ticket (Go Patriots) are also included. Renaissance Farm is family run working horse farm and also the home of the Transition Vaulters Equestrian Vaulting Team. Feel free to mosey out to the barn to see our magnificent horses . Bulls Gap, Tennessee is a rural town still untouched in many ways by time. Breathtaking views are around every corner and the Tennessee Valley provides an outstanding climate as well as numerous public and national parks. Renaissance Farm has ample parking for even the largest vehicle. Knoxville airport is just an hour and 15 minute drive and Tri Cities airport is an easy 50 minute drive.
