Motor launches are available for hire in Stalham or Wroxham. Norwich, 18 miles. Sandy, uncrowded beaches can be found within 2½ miles; Sea Palling and Mundesley are easily accessible. On 21/10/18 the bathroom will be replaced with a shower room. Please note that for the w/c 15th November 2021 Rushton Reaches is having crucial work carried out to the lake that is part of the property complex. This work is outside on the grassed area, to the rear of the property, and will not affect the cottage directly, but has implecations, both practical and safety wise wise. The excovation of the lake will not affect access to the property, but noise is inevitable and the car park will be restricted during this time to vacant spaces allocated for No 1-6 Rushton Reaches. It is recommended that guests avoid the grassed area during this week and we advise that pets are kept under strict control and children supervised at all times.
