You will also have a lockable, spacious garage with electrical sockets & 2 parking spots attached to the house. Our vacation home is ideal for big families/groups/workshops & the perfect starting point for walks & bicycle rides and for tours in the surrounding area. You are also able to make use of the garden and our roofed BBQ-corner. Bare feet: there is a shoe rack close to the entrance and we would love it if you bring your slippers Infrared sauna: extra wide seats for 2, 5 full spectrum radiators and 3 carbon surface radiators, ionizer with ozone disinfectant, Bluetooth and color-adjustable LED's. Kitchen: fully equiped, big cooking island, induction cooktop, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, big fridge, microwave. Living and dining room: long table for 8, corner sofa, XXL-whiteboard, television, piano (for music lovers), games. Bathroom 1: toilet, shower, 2 sinks, bathtub. Bad 2: toilet, shower, sink, dryer. Towels for 8 at your disposal, the beds have been made and coffee and tea are awaiting you! The whole first floor is at your disposal and lockable. Besides that, you are welcome to make use of the spacious garage and 2 parking spots attached to the house. Garden and roofed BBQ-spot (also very comfortable during winter!) We live on the ground floor, there is always someone present and reachable. The Ulmbachtalsperre is 900m away as the crow flies, Burg Greifenstein and the clock museum less than 3km and Outdoor-Center Lahntal just 4,2km. Whoever want to take walks or is on a bicycle ride, can make use of the 100km expansive roads in the area and enjoy loads of forest besides all the sights – because we are the most densely forested municipality in Hessen! Goethestadt Wetzlar, Weilburg, Braunfels, Herborn, Dillenburg and Limburg are within driving range. There is something for all tastes!
