Delightful Double Bedroom

Our delightful bright sunlit room is set in a peaceful suburbian location , yet only 1.5 miles away from Wellingborough Town Centre. We are conveniently situated 2 minutes from the A509, A45, M1 motorway links. In addition to the peace and tranquility of the neighbourhood, the comfy bed, the overall cosiness we offer tea, coffee and toast for breakfast. We look forward to welcoming you soon. This room is light and airy. It is furnished with a double bed and thermostatic radiators. You will feel very much at home here. You will have access to the main bathroom but on occasion if I have another guest you may need to share. Access to the kitchen is limited, but you are welcome to heat the odd ready made meal only. There is a wall mounted TV in the kitchen that you are welcome to watch and limited access to the lounge and garden areas. I will be available should you need to speak with me, and though new to the area, I will do my best to assist you in finding your way around Wellingborough and its surrounding villages. We are located in a beautifully quiet part of Wellinborough that has excellent links to the motorway and to London by train. There is off street parking. However my driveway can accommodate another car. The main bathroom may need to be shared if we have one other guest present. This bathroom is for sole use of guests only. There is however access to a toilet in the cloakroom should you need it.
