You may smoke outside, a reasonable distance from the door. Leave no evidence(no butts). No parties. We will request up to an additional $200 for cleaning if there is any evidence of partying, smoking, candles, incense, anything flammable or strong smelling, or excessive trash left in the unit. FYI: The unit shares a wall with 2 other units and the neighbors may be smokers so there may be a light smell of smoke. If you have asthma or are really sensitve to smoke please let us know. Front door will lock automatically when closed and there is a deadbolt for added security. Other quick things: -Remove your shoes before going upstairs. -Cover your food in the microwave. -Wash your dishes!
