Location, location, location.........Private, smoke free, one bedroom suite on third floor, including large bedroom, sitting room, and bath. Close to museums, downtown Wilmington businesses, bus lines, Amtrak Station, A.I. Institute, Widner College, and excellent restaurants. My three story, 105 year home, is located in the Triangle Neighborhood of Wilmington. It is within walking distance to the Brandywine Park and River, as well as the Brandywine Zoo, and Christiana Wilmington Hospital. Wonderful array of restaurants and pubs are a very short distance away, some of which are walking distance. The suite is located on the third floor, with a private bath, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and cook top. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste/brush are provided. Hair dryer, iron and steamer are all available. Linens are, also, provided. Weekend guests may be met, in the A.M. with a baked good, coffee and tea in the 24 hour coffee and tea station in the first floor dining room. Access to the dining room for 24 hr. Coffee and Tea station. I will be available for any questions and/or help during your stay, as I reside in the home. The close proximity to downtown Wilmington, Schools, Hospitals, Excellent Restaurants, Parks, Museums, Music Venues, Theater, and Wineries makes this area an ideal spot for work, vacation, as well as entertainment. Philadelphia is just 35 minutes on I-95, a 1/4 mile from my home. Under a block to local buses to Wilmington and the Amtrak Station and bus terminal; other local bus lines to Rt. 202/Concord Pike, to shopping, restaurants, and the mall are 2 1/2 blocks away. Amtrak station, a 8-10 min. ride, provides transportation to all points North and South, via Amrak, or points North to Philadelphia via local rail line, SEPTA. Wilmington is central to New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, Shore Points, Lancaster County, and the Poconos.
