Recently refurbished a unique 160 year old grade 2 listed end of terrace three storey building. Situated in a quite cul de sac off the main street. A very private, warm, cosy top storey ensuite bedroom with breath taking views over the estuary and views towards the Alnwick moors. Coffee and tea making facilities are available in the room, but if you have any special requirements please don't hesitate to ask. I'm sure we can accommodate your needs. The room and en-suite have just been refurbished to a high standard with flat screen TV, radio, Wifi excellent heating and a shower with a stunning view over the river! Alnmouth village itself has a wonderful selection of fine eating venues, who offer excellent breakfasts mostly using locally sourced first class produce. A minutes walk! The village also features a great deli, restaurants serving a range of foods to choose from around the world including Italian ,locally caught seafood, Indian, street foods, and very welcoming pubs and cafes. Only 5 minutes walk to the links golf course, past the well stocked village Post office and news agents then continue on to discover a typical Northumbrian wonderfully long clean beach. Only 25 minutes walk from Alnmouth railway station serviced by East coast mainline with regular stops serviced by local connections to the local bus network and a local taxi service. Alnmouth 4 miles by regular bus to Alnwick, steeped in history, home of The Percy family in Alnwick Castle as featured in the 'Harry Potter' films, The Alnwick Gardens and The Aln valley railway. We can provide off street parking for cyclists provided you have locks. Ensuite bedroom with a small side 'quiet room' with lovely views over the roof tops of Alnmouth and the church. Always happy to brief visitors on local events, which are many, restaurant recommendations for the area and general tourist information about Northumberland. Very quiet cul de sac set back off the main thoroughfare Northumberland street. Literally two minutes walk to main street and a great selection of restaurants and pubs. Regular bus service and coastal walk/cycle way. 25 minutes walk from Alnmouth railway station. Free parking available on main street. Taxi services are available from Alnmouth and the station. Fully wired with smoke alarms and Carbon monoxide detectors
