Private Room w/ full Bath for Traveling Workers

This is a 400 sq ft. bedroom on the lower level of a split level home near the New River Valley mall. Includes a private full bathroom adjoining the room. Private entrance opens onto a patio with a porch swing. Guests have use of the laundry room. In addition to queen bed, a futon can accommodate two additional guests. Amazon Fire TV in room with Hulu+ Live TV, Netflix, and Disney+. Coffeemaker, Toaster, Mini-fridge, and Microwave in the room. The private guest room includes a queen bed, futon, table/workspace, mini-fridge, and coffee bar. Coffee bar has microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Coffee and tea are provided. The TV in the room is an Amazon Fire smart TV; guests have access to live TV with Hulu streaming service (60 channels); Hulu+, Netflix; Disney+. Other than the private guest room with full bathroom, guests can access the laundry room, back yard, and patio. Hosts work from home so at least one of us is almost always home in case you need anything. We are quiet people and the guest room is the only room on the lower level other than the laundry room so you have plenty of privacy. There is a short nature trail in the neighborhood for walking and running. We are less than a mile from the NRV mall and the Huckleberry Trail (paved bike trail connecting Christiansburg to Blacksburg). There is a sidewalk connecting our neighborhood to the NRV mall. We provide a visitor's guide in the guest room that includes recommended restaurants and activities in the area. Public transportation is extremely limited in the region but Uber is available. The NRV mall is about a 20-minute walk from the house (sidewalk from neighborhood to the mall). Our space is ideal for traveling workers looking for a place to stay while they work in the area. It would also be great for someone living in the area and working from home who needs an office space apart from family-related distractions.
