Get groceries delivered & social distancing never sounded so good! The kitchen is very thoughtfully furnished with all dishes, pots, pans, blender, KitchenAid mixer, and so much more. Thanks so much for taking the time to look at the house! YES! We are renting during COVID-19. We take extra time between guests to do a thorough cleaning with bleach and other disinfectants. The availability calendar is up to date so if it shows availability for your trip we would love to host you. You’re renting the whole house for you & your group so you’ll have full access to all outdoor areas, the pool, laundry room, etc. The house is over 2100 square feet, all one level with a split floor plan that makes it perfect for families, groups of friends, colleagues, or anyone else looking to have a spacious place for their trip. There is a converted garage off the laundry room that’s used for storage that you will not have access to, but the rest of the property is yours to enjoy. No parties or events are allowed per Airbnb rules. You are renting the property to use with just your party, we will never have anyone else staying there during your stay and there are no shared areas of the property. There is a garage conversion area (not included in the 2100+ square feet) that is used for storage you will not have access to. The rest of the house & yard are fully accessible to guests. This includes 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an office area, living rooms, pool, whole yard, etc. You are renting the whole property so we will not be onsite with you, but will be available if you have any questions or need anything. We are available for you before and of course during your trip to help with anything you need or need information about. You can text, call, or message through Airbnb anytime that you have questions or if you need anything. You can't see any of the neighbors from the property, but the neighborhood is safe and has close restaurants for delivery or eat in as well as grocery stores less than 5 min away. It is close to other shopping as well. Only a few blocks from the Indian River and Nicol Park. There is plenty of safe, off street parking for your vehicles in front of the house. It's very easy to get Uber, Lyft, or a taxi from the house to explore the area. The house is located about 35 minutes from the Orlando Airport and 20 minutes from Port Canaveral. There is also a public bus stop about 5 blocks away on Hwy 1 The front door is a smart lock and you will be given a 4 digit code to use during your stay. This code will work for the front door and the security alarm from 4pm on your check in day until 10 am on your checkout day. This code will also work for the security alarm if you choose to use it. The pool company does come to clean the pool once a week to keep the pool clear and beautiful for you. There is an electric heat pump for the pool that is available for you at a cost of $100/ week. You’ll need to let me know at least 3 days ahead of time that you’d like it heated so it can be turned on prior to your arrival. When you arrive there will be a starter pack of supplies to get you started & to use during your stay. Depending on the size of your group this should get you through first couple of days and includes- •2 extra rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom •3 extra trash bags •4 laundry pods •4 dishwasher pods •1 roll of paper towels •8oz bottle of liquid dish soap •8 oz bottle of shampoo •8oz bottle of conditioner •8oz bottle of men’s body wash •8oz bottle of women’s body wash •Liquid hand soap & lotion in each bathroom •All purpose spray cleaner If you need additional supplies during your trip there are a variety of stores less than 5 minutes away to for you to utilize.
