SEAROOMS, near Lapmezciems seaside nr 3

This cabin was opened in summer 2016 and is perfect for a couple or when travelling alone. The room has a sofa bed and a shared bathroom with a shower (one per three bedrooms). There is not a kitchen but you can boil water and use a little fridge. The property has a large garden and green area, space for a BBQ, sports activities and relaxation. It is located right next to the seaside. The property is wide and is located within a stone's throw distance from the seaside. The centrepiece of the property is an age-old oak tree that boasts circumference of around 4m and holds a couple of hammocks and swings for your relaxation. You will be sharing the green area and garden with two more rooms and one holiday house (with two bedrooms that usually host a family), but there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and keep on their own or quite the opposite - enough areas to socialise and have some BBQ or just a bonfire together. Guests can access an outdoors BBQ, outdoors fireplace, two sets of swings and two hammocks as well as each of the rooms have their own outdoors tables and chairs for lounging in the sun. There is hot water available in the bathroom as well as each room is equipped with a TV, kettle, mini-fridge, all the necessary utensils and bed linen. This is one of our two family properties and we mainly reside in the one 2km away from this one. This means that we will always be available on hand to help if needed and provide information, however, we give our guests space to enjoy their time and only appear when we are needed, like elves :) As mentioned, the neighbourhood is very safe and quiet - the neighbouring buildings are not very close and mostly resided by the older generation. There are several shops and cafes located a 15min walk (5min cycle) away from the property as well the resort town of Jurmala is only some 10min drive away. It is fairly easy to get around the area - the easiest way to get here by public transport is to take a bus from the Riga International Bus Terminal (bus stop Lapmezciems / Lukstini). Getting around with a car or a bicycle allows you to enjoy some of the places further away from the rooms, however, you can enjoy your summer days just by foot - after all, the seaside is only some 100m away :) The property is very secure, but it is not fenced (similar to other properties in that area - an older day tradition), therefore we ask our guests to be careful when letting their youngest children outside on their own. There is no significant traffic nearby (the road is c. 300m away), but it is always advised to be cautious.
