"Blue" apartment in Porto Sant Elpidio, up to 6 adults and a small child

Spacious apartment of 75 square meters on the second floor (no elevator) in a quiet three-family building at 600 meters from the sea (about 6 minutes walk, of course with the car is a moment and on the seafront there are parking not paid), renovated in 2016. Right behind the house there are free parking and you can park in front of the main entrance for loading and unloading luggage and heavy spending. hosts: 2 places in a double bed in a large room 2 single beds in another room 2 places in a comfortable double sofa bed in the kitchen dining room 1 camping cot for a small child. The kitchen is new and equipped with modern and practical induction cooker, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave. pans are provided, dishes, plates, glasses, cups, mocha etc. There is also an iron and ironing board, and two fans floor although generally do not serve as the apartment is well ventilated. Breakfast nook in the kitchen there is TV. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine and drier. Also provided are broom, dustpan, mop, bucket and mop. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are two supermarkets, one behind the house easily reached on foot, a pharmacy, a pizzeria and several other stores (grocery, greengrocer, butcher, hairdresser, hardware, household, bars etc.). The proximity to the highway (less than 5 minutes by car) makes it a convenient starting point for trips and excursions. The beaches are pebbly and there is sand on the water's edge and in the water, the bottom is not immediately deep. On the beach there are both equipped facilities and free beach.
