The villa, which is accessed through an electric gate and an independent driveway, guarantees the maximum safety thanks to the night surveillance and the alarm system. Moreover guests can rent (on request for an extra fee of 100,00€ per day) a spacious tavern (12 x 6 m), used as kitchen/dining room, located next to the villa. Inside the tavern there is a long wooden dining table with benches for 15 people, kitchen area, fireplace and barbecue to make tasty grills with friends. There are also another 2 single beds (that can be joined together) located in a room that can be accessed only from a double bedroom and it connects the double bedroom with the bathroom; this room is more suitable for kids as it provides less privacy but this isn't mandatory, anyone can use it. Once crossed the main entrance of the ground floor, you will find a large and bright living area with direct access to the external yard thanks to French windows. This area is decorated in a classic style with sofas, fireplace, piano, elegant carpets and dining table for 6 people. Then there is a bathroom with shower and an antechamber with wooden stairs leading to the upper loft equipped with double bed and air conditioning. Moreover, at guests' disposal a second living area, furnished in rustic style with chairs, fireplace and dining table for 6 people. Next to it there is a fully equipped kitchen (with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and wooden table). The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms, two of which are equipped with ensuite bathrooms (one with shower and the other with shower and bathtub). A laundry with washing machine and dryer make the rest of the villa. The air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the first living area. It is tastefully furnished and ensures maximum safety thanks to the night surveillance and the alarm system. The ideal accommodation for families with children or couples who want to spend a pleasant holiday in the countryside, a few km from the spa resort of Montecatini Terme and half an hour drive from Florence.
