Cosy, stylish house within 3 minutes walk of the beach. Bright decor with comprehensive facilities to make it a home from home, truly comfortable stay. No price uplift for school holidays. The property has two double bedrooms - a loft room with an en-suite toilet and sink as well as a bedroom on the first floor along with the main bathroom. The loft suite has a double bed. The first floor bedroom contains two beds - a double bed and extra wide single sofa bed. There is a large living room with two sofas and the dining kitchen contains full cooking facilities, a washing machine and patio doors to a small but perfectly formed paved yard, perfect for a morning coffee, or evening glass of wine ! We also provide the usual tea, coffee and sugar, as well as milk, an espresso machine with pods, a selection of fruit and herbal teas and cereals and breakfast pastries to get you through your first morning! The house also has a SkyQ box and subscription which also includes access to Disney+ via the apps on the SkyQ box. Guests can also log into their own Netflix/ Amazon Prime account via the same app service if they wish. Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the small courtyard garden. Access is via a keylock box meaning you can arrive at any time. I am available by phone or text throughout your stay and have a co-host nearby. Cullercoats is a small coastal village between Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. Whilst Whitley Bay has the hustle and bustle associated with a busy seaside resort, and Tynemouth has the quieter sophistication provided by numerous restaurants and wine bars, Cullercoats has very much the feel of a quieter, family resort. It has its own lifeguard supervised beach, in a quiet bay . Kayaking and paddleboarding are available nearby. The seafront and row of restaurants and cafes are within a three minute walk. There is a small ,quiet neighbourhood Italian cafe next door, which serves breakfast and daytime snacks. On Friday and Saturday evening, it opens to serve pizza and pasta, and the most amazing antipasti sharing platters. There is a newly renovated Co-op supermarket within a 5 minute walk. The property is a 4 minute walk to Cullercoats Metro station which will take you into Newcastle City Centre in 25 minutes. You can also travel to Newcastle train station or Newcastle airport on the Metro. There is a regular bus service to the Metro Centre on the main road near the property. There is also a holidaymakers beach front bus which runs from Whitley Bay to Tynemouth. The property has two double bedrooms - one on the first floor and one in the loft. The main bathroom is on the first floor. There is an ensuite sink and WC in the loft bedroom. The first floor is accessed by a standard staircase. The loft bedroom is accessed by a steeper staircase which is not suitable for children or those with limited mobility.
