In the calm of the bocage, 35 km from Angers and 5 km from the Loire, this independent barn, located near the owners' house, has been renovated with respect for the heritage and the environment (Ecogîte label). Private enclosed garden of 300 m² with south-facing terrace and vast natural space around the gite. Heated salt pool from mid-May to the end of September (shared with the owners, dimensions 10x5m). Ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen (wood stove), TV lounge, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), shower room/wc accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom (4 90x190 beds, 2 of which can be combined), shower room/wc. Additional equipment: wifi, baby equipment (cot, bath and high chair). Included: sheets (beds made), electricity, aerothermal heating (heated floor). Not included: wood (stove - €10/wooden crate), bathroom linen (€5/pers) and cleaning fee (compulsory for professional customers - €90).
