There are 3 separate and private units on the property. The only shared space is the communal car park area. The Home, The Cottage and The Studio, are each totally separate units, which each have their own private entrances from the car park. All 3 units have their own private fenced gardens. The Home and The Cottage have their own swimming pools. Depending on your numbers and space requirements, the different units can be rented individually or together. Management will be available if needed Bazley is a quiet little village, which boasts pristine stretches of secluded beaches. No traffic! No malls! No crowds! Come RELAX, breathe fresh air and enjoy quality time together with family and friends, away from it all!! Spend your days either relaxing by the pool, or take a walk down to the beach for a swim, lay around in the rock pools, enjoy a slow walk on the quiet stretches of beach looking at all the interesting pieces of driftwood, as well as the many different kinds of shells that can be found and all the other amazing things that grow and live on the rocks… or for those that want to be a bit more energetic, enjoy the scenery whilst taking a run or cycle, go for a dive, surf, paddle ski, surf ski, wind surf, kite surf, snorkel, or make the most of the good fishing in the area. In the evening sip sundowners whilst relaxing in the pool or sitting on the veranda looking out at the ocean. At night light a fire and enjoy family and friends time around the braai, whilst listening to the breaking waves. Watch the stars and if there is a moon, take in the awesome views of the moon over the ocean, then go to sleep with the sound of nothing else but breaking waves. During the winter months, hundreds of dolphins and whales are seen. The Sardine Run also usually happens around July/August. There are 3 different beaches in Bazley.... all are good for fishing and taking nice walks. The one is directly in front of The Home/The Cottage/The Studio. It is perfect for taking long walks and looking for "treasures" ... there are always so many interesting pieces of driftwood and shells on this beach. The other beach is called "High Rocks", which is about 2km away. This beach is well known for fishing and also has the best rock pools which are perfect for lazing around in. The different units come with a permit allowing access to the private beach called Ndesingane, which is about 3km from The Home, The Cottage and The Studio. This beach, known as "Tess" offers good shelter on windy days and is perfect for fishing, diving, surfing, snorkelling, swimming, sun bathing and exploring rock pools. Bazley is on the KZN South Coast, 80km South of Duran and halfway between Amanzimtoti and Port Shepstone. We provide fully furnished units that hopefully have everything you need, but none of the "personal daily necessities and usables". It is a self catering place, so you will need to bring everything that you would usually use for personal use on a daily basis in your own home, like all toiletries, toilet paper, dish washing liquid, dish washer detergent/tablets, dish towels, bin bags etc….
