Garage with badminton set, body boards, loungers and 10 adult bikes for use including 2 children’s bikes and toddler trailer. Driveway for 2 / 3 cars. House -Ground floor comprises of a large traditional Kitchen, lounge with dining area with patio doors leading to the garden, utility room and downstairs bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. Wooden stairs lead to the second floor with 2 bedrooms, shower room and toilet. In the second bedroom stairs lead to a 3rd bedroom with twin beds and a mezzanine with a double sofa bed.
