Beautiful house located only 25 meters from the beach of Scheveningen (The Hague). Own parking and sunny garden (80 m2) on the south. On the boulevard there are plenty of beach clubs, restaurants and all kind of bars. The "Pier" is only 200m away ...... Ground floor: Entrance with hall and 1st toilet. Living room with a separation to the dining room and open kitchen. From the dining room two open doors give access to the sunny garden. 1st Floor: Hall with access to two big (children) sleeping rooms with in total 2 double beds (1.60 m), 1 study room, 2nd toilet and 1st bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. 2th Floor: Hall with access to a big sleeping room with a double bed (1.80 m) and access to the second bathroom with a third toilet and a walk in shower.
