Our idyllic Four-Star Gold Award winning self-catering holiday cottages are in a private courtyard, set in beautiful and tranquil countryside, conveniently located between Huddersfield and Holmfirth. Our rural location offers stunning views across the Pennine hills and surrounding valleys, yet close to villages in the Holme Valley which offer a variety of specialist independent shops, cafes, restaurants, and local country pubs. The traditional Yorkshire stone barns have been sympathetically converted to the highest standard by local craftsmen to provide characterful accommodation. Furnished to a high standard with exposed timber beams, proving cosy country cottages in which to relax and enjoy. The Stable Cottage is a spacious, ground level, self-contained and very comfortable cottage comprising of double bedroom with King size bed, second bedroom with SuperKing, Superking + single, twin or triple single bed configuration options, bathroom with over bath shower, modern fully equipped dining kitchen and separate lounge with a full HD Smart TV. This cottage offers panoramic views over the Lumb Valley. Guests describe the Stable cottage as a home-from-home. The generous rooms allow plenty of space for 4 or 5 adults or a family to spread out and relax, creating your luxury holiday. The standard rate is based on a double and twin room, with an option of an additional guest/bed fee of £10 per guest per night. We are based on site so are able to assist in person with any questions you may have about the property or your visit to the area. Sorry, no pets or additional overnight guests. Family or social gatherings are by pre-arrangement only.
