Villa with private pool on the beach

Villa with pool, marvellously situaded on the lively local beach of the residential neighborhoud Mbour Serere (Tripano), on the southside of Mbour. Nice views on the beach, the sea and the fishermanboats of Mbour. Completely walled house with large terrace (250m²) with seaview and a door issuing the beach. Pool 3.5 by 7.5 meters. Garden and pool are well kept by our superfriendly and discrete guardian Bocar, who gards the house at night aswell. The house is solely rented out to one guest and his compagnons. All spaces : kitchen, dining room, living room, ... terrace and pool are exclusively to be used by one tenant. Mbour is a large town centrally situated on the coast of Sénegal and is mainly known for its fishermans port. On the North is Saly, one of the larger touristic centers of Senegal, and a few miles south of town you can also find tourist accomodations, bars, restaurants, etc. in places as Ouarang or Nianing. Our house is in a calm residential non-touristic area at walking distance of the famous market and the fishing harbour. There is a mix of local residents (doctors, store-owners, ...) and a few Europeans ore Americans who work for NGO's. The beach is lively mornings, evenings and in the weekend with local activities : fishing, training for sports, playing beach soccer, local children swimming, ... . There is a small electric power-engine and a large water reserve to provide basic electricity and water in case of power or water cuts. All bathrooms upstairs and the kitchen are equiped with cold water only. There is one bathroom downstairs with hot water shower. There is no airconditioning in the house. Seabreeze helps cooling the house and there are fans in every room.
