A tranquil gite set in beautiful countryside

A modern detached gite set in Aix-en-Ergny, in the Seven Valleys region of Pas de Calais. The price is fully inclusive of towels, bedding and electricity. Ideally situated, being only 40 minutes from Le Touquet and many other beaches. A mere 20 minutes from the walled city of Montreuil and 50 mintes from St Omer. The gite is only 60 minutes drive from the Ferry terminal and the Channel tunnel in Calais. The gite is a newly renovated, modern space with its own private gardens. Garden furniture is provided. There is a hot tub and a children's play area within the private garden. There are two shower rooms (one ensuite). Our home is adjacent to the gite and we are available for most of the time. However, if we are away when you arrive, or during your stay, there is a key safe outside the property. There will be a special cleaning pack available for your use that includes paper towels, disposable gloves, multisurface cleaner, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer and hand soap. Please be assured that before your arrival, the gite will have been cleaned to Air BnB's enhanced cleaning protocol. There is a jacuzzi available for guests' use, please note this is only from April to October. The gite is situated within the Seven Valleys area of Northern France. Only 60 minutes drive from the Ferry and Channel Tunnel in Calais, the gite is ideally situated for visitors. Montreuil-sur-Mer, 20 minutes from the gite, in the heart of the south of the ‘Côte d’Opale’, is a charming fortified town. Its military, cultural and religious history gives the town a remarkable heritage. A few kilometres from the beaches of Berck-sur-Mer or Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, countryside lovers can escape on foot or by bike, ride a horse or go kayaking. On your own, with some friends or your family, you can enjoy festive or cultural events such as ‘Les Misérables’ sound and light show, the traditional 14th of July second hand ‘brocante’ and also ‘Les Malins Plaisirs’ theatre festival. The gourmands will appreciate the Michelin-starred restaurant and many high quality different style restaurants. The use of a car is essential. Guests are expected to vacate the property by 10.00 a.m. on their final day.
