Big and beautiful cottage close to the sea
Large and beautiful Norman cottage located in a charming village of the Pays de Caux, with streets lined by big beeches and close to two famous seaside resorts: Saint-Valery-en-Caux and Veules-Les-Roses. It has a vast garden of 1200 sq.m and a south-facing terrace. The Cote d'Albatre, part of the Pays de Caux (from Le Havre up to Dieppe) owes its name to the whiteness of the cliffs (120 km of cliffs). The house is located 53 km away from Rouen, the '100 bell towers' city. During the end of spring and the beginning of summer, the flax blooms in the morning. Within less than 15 minutes drive, you can enjoy the benefits of the sea and the beach. At low tide, you will enjoy the fine sand of the beach. There are bikes at your disposal (2 bikes for adult and 2 children's bikes) to discover our beautiful region. For those who are addict to the TV-screen and want a drastic quitting, the house is deliberately lacking in television and internet. However, you will be able to enjoy two further media: the newspapers, and the radio with music of course, as there is a CD player and a lot of CD's. It is the perfect moment to share many outdoor activities: walks, sea, biking, football games, badminton, ping-pong in the garden... Also the moment to rediscover indoor activities such as family board games and have so much fun with the 'real' table-football and a lot of board games for everyone at your disposal.
