Spacious Self-contained apartment (Countryside)

We love that our house is located in the calm nature. Its perfect if you are looking for a nice place to relax and calm down. We have a very big organic garden and you can try some of our seasonal and local products (vegetables, eggs, home made sausages, syrup, fruit jam,vinegar,fruit juices,tomato sauce). We even have a big nice pool, WLAN and floor heating. Despite that we are close to the village and have a lot of possibilities for shopping or for going into the famous Hungarian SPA. We have a lot of birds, wild flowers and trees. We have a lot of space for playing outside. Or you can go for a nice walk in the nature. If you are interested in culture, opera or the a big local food market there is one close in Szeged (30min drive by car). Its so calm and friendly here. We have a spacious farm with chickens, dogs, ducks. We love the nature, animals and the nature.... It feels like paradise in our place, we couldn't imagine something else anymore, than living in this area with this friendly people and their local products. You have access to your apartment and our spacious garden (URL HIDDEN) and our brand new swimming pool :-) It depends on you how much interaction you would like to have with us. And yeah, sometimes we have a lot of work to do, because we have a spacious garden and sometimes one of our 4 dogs needs to go to the doctor ;-) You could do some horseriding, see the market in Szeged, take a walk through the forest....Szeged is a really lovely and lively city Address: 6786 Rusza, 633 would be our house number :-) Directons: From Budapest, follow the directions to Szeged, take the exit to Balastia, direction Forraskut, afterwards comes Ulles, then you have to drive through Ruzsa still in the direction to Szeged. Then you see the sign "Homokati Lodge", follow this sign through the sand road for 400m and there you will see our house on the left side (there is a big pine tree at the entry of our house). Our GPS coordinates: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)"E Approximately 1500m after Rusza there is a crossroad where the main street meets a sand street, there you have to go left and follow the sand street for 400m, then you will arrive at our building (Tanja 633) Bring your kids, dogs, cats, we love people, kids and of course animals :-) No dogs or other animals are allowed to use our brand new swimming pool. Dogs must be kept in the dog's box during the night and when they are left alone in the home. There is also the possibility to accommodate the dog in the outdoor dog box. If these rules are not adhered to, the landlord reserves the right to advise tenants of Tanya (our property).
