If you need something, please ask! Our 4-acre property is one of 11 homes in a friendly cul-de-sac called Mount View Estates. You will be wowed by the bright star constellations, alpine sunset glow, and may be lucky enough to see the northern lights dancing in the sky, especially during crisp clear Autumn nights. There are often deer visiting our yard and the coyotes can be heard howling in the hills during the summer. Our acreage is 7 Kms from the town of Cochrane with a population of 30,000. It boasts 3 large grocery stores, a movie theatre, and world renowned ice cream shop, MacKay’s, which is open year around. You will find all your culinary desires met from the quaint coffee shops to every kind of restaurant possible. Please ask us for suggestions! Please note that a car is necessary as there is no public transportation available. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: o I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob o I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by Alberta Health Services, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination o I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists o I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay o I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
