Quiet, comfy and friendly with good infrastucture

With the nature park Spessart directly nearby (Spessartweg 1 and 2, Eselsweg) this place is perfect for hiking, moutain biking or just relaxing and enjoying the nature. Our apartment offers a comfortable and friendly antmosphere with beautiful bathroom, a big cosy couch, a king size bed and a small kitchen in which you`ll find everything you need. Simply a place where you can feel home. All in all it`s a quiet, comfy and friendly place with a good infrastructure. Welcome to our beautiful souterrain-apartment. You`ll find a large livingroom with a big cosy couch (blankets) (the couch or the living room is not to be used as another place to sleep / accommodation), sat-TV, a table (variable in size) with 4 chairs, radio (with USB-port) and the kitchen (fridge and freezer, a small oven, small stove with two plates, dishes and cooking equipment). Further there is a big bathroom (one washbasin, toilet, shower, hairdryer; towels, soap/shampoo and toilet paper are always present) and a sleepingroom (king size bed, two bed side tables, large wardrobe and bed sheets/blankets/pillows). On the pictures you can see the part of the garden which you can use and the terrace ( table with four chairs, fire place, relaxing lounge-furniture in summer). Here is the seperate entrance to your apartment. You can start your hiking or mountainbiking trips right from here. Bus stop, supermarket and bakery are near by (10 minutes to walk). With the car you only need 5 minutes to the A3 and about half an hour to Frankfurt am Main, the Airport (FRA), Messe Frankfurt, Würzburg. The main station Aschaffenburg and the city centre Aschaffenburg are about 15 km away, the station Hösbach-Bahnhof about 5 km. You have a seperate entrance to your apartment. The fire place, the terrace (the table with the four chairs, the lounge furniture in summer) and the part of the garden is for your indidual use. Feel free to ask us for help and hints for trips, tours, sightseeing and so on A parking place in front of our house is reserved for you (for free!!)
