The house, built in 1996 and newly furnished in 2011, is situated on a plot of more than 1800 square meters in a quiet location on the edge of the field. The stylish apartment with an open fireplace and leather couch is spacious, cozy and of high quality and about 100 square meters. From the living room you can access your terrace and the garden. The apartment has two bedrooms with double bed and 2 single beds, large kitchen with dining area, bathroom with window. You will feel comfortable in the spacious garden with grill. You can park in the carport on the property. Other activities in the area: Our house is quiet and is recommended for families. In addition, there are also countless ways that you can spend your vacation with us in a sporty and cultural way. There is a well-developed cycle path network that also includes the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula. Who likes it faster ;-): the streets in the area are absolutely suitable for racing bikes. Enjoy the Baltic Sea with a swim or a long walk on the beach, combine it with the search for 'chicken gods' and mussels. On the way there you can let off steam in many water activities. For example in water skiing, banana boating, XXL water balls, adventure mini golf ... You can sail on the Saaler Bodden or be sailed on a Zeesen boat. Motorboat is of course also possible. The Saaler Bodden is also a great fishing area. Cultural opportunities: Our house is very conveniently located for trips to Rostock, Stralsund, Greifswald or Rügen. A trip to Rostock / Warnemünde is highly recommended. If the sun doesn't smile so friendly, a trip to the Stralsund Maritime Museum, the Ribnitz-Damgarten Amber Museum or the Q-Cafe (delicious latte macchiato) is recommended.
