Villa and Sauna Vihti

Villa and Sauna is a modern Scandinavian style, 65 sqm leisure house near Helsinki with a seasonal outside pool, a sauna and a hot tub (palju). Villa has a livingroom with two futon sofas, a separate bedroom with double bed, a small kitchen, a dining area, a dressing room, a bathroom with two showers, a toilet and a wood heated sauna. Outside there is a terrace with a seasonal, unheated pool (open May-September) and hot tub (palju). Check the hot tub pricing in house rules. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a dish-washing machine, a gas stove, a multi functional oven, a toaster, an electric kettle and a coffeemaker. Also there is a complete set of dishes available. The villa sleeps two persons. There is a small and cosy bedroom with a double bed. Please note that to access the bedroom you need to take two steps outside. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Outside there is a big terrace, 3.5m x 7m sized seasonal pool which is in use according to weather conditions usually June-September, wood-heated hot tub with additional price and a seasonal beach volley court next to the pool. For comfort in the house there are heated floors and AC/Air heating in the main room. In bedroom there is also an automated ventilation system to keep air fresh. Also high speed internet - WiFi b/g/n, 58" 4K LCD TV, 5.1 surround sound, PS3 and Wii game consoles, Apple TV4 and Netflix are included. The villa is suitable for two persons looking for a modern house in very peaceful countryside but only 45 minutes drive from Helsinki. Nearest grocery store is situated only a five minutes drive from the house. Activities: - Beach volley court and pool (June-September) - Outdoor wood-heated hot tub (extra price) - Golf course with 18 holes + par 3 is situated 6 km from house: Vihti Golf and Hill Side Golf. - Good walking and jogging possibilities - Hiking at Nuuksio National Park ~15 min by car to Salmi/Nuuksio. - Tennis courts outdoor/ indoor within 8 km from the house. - 2 frisbee golf fields nearby - Cross country and down hill skiing, 6 km from house: Vihti Ski - Outdoor/indoor skating Using the relaxing hot tub is service based, it needs to be ordered well in advance. The fee of using the hot tub is 130€ first day, extra days 90€. It can be paid by cash or card on arrival. The guests are not allowed to heat the hot tub on their own. Guests have private access to the villa. The host is available by phone, sms and Airbnb tool 24/7 Car is needed to reach the villa as there's no public transportation available. No extra visitors allowed. Due to Airbnb cleaning practices early check-ins and late check-outs are not supported. Hot tub (palju) is available on request and for extra fee of 130 €/day, extra day is 90 €. The reservation will be paid on arrival by cash or card.
