Classic wooden cabin with fireplace

Relax in a romantic wooden cottage on the edge of Bartošovice in Orlické hory. The cottage welcomes you with a cozy interior where you can forget about the worries of everyday life and just chill by the fireplace. There are many opportunities for active holidays, the surroundings offer many possibilities for a pleasant weekend and also extended week long stay. The cottage accommodates 8 people, so it is a great place for a group of friends, a family holiday, but also for a couple in love. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen and spacious common room in which you will probably spend most of your time. The dominant of the room is a beautiful tiled stove, next to which you can just chill with a glass of wine your friends or loved ones. On the same floor you will also find a newly renovated bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed (you can disconnect the beds if you argue with each other :)). The wooden staircase takes you to the first floor where there are two bedrooms - one with four beds and the other with a double bed (same rule as above). Who is the cottage ideal for? - A group of friends with a party mood - A girl's trip away from all the guys who have ever broken your heart - A trip for boys who have enough of the city life and want to feel like men when they chop wood and sip whisky - Couples for a romantic getaway - Families with children You will have access to the whole place - three-bedrooms , a refurbished bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. In front of the cottage there is a small veranda suitable for grilling, grill and outdoor furniture is available. Next to the cottage is a camp fire. The land is not fenced because it is not in my ownership, therefore it is not a regular garden, but it is perfect for roasting some sausages after a busy day in the mountains :) Usually, I have a brief talk with guests about their plans and if they are interested, give them advice about the surroundings. Every time I do my best to please my guests and meet their wishes. However we will not meet personally, the keys are handed over by a local lady, who also helps me with cleaning. After I leave, I always ask if the guests were happy and if there was room for improvement. The most beautiful thing about Orlické hory is their almost untouched nature, tranquility and countless opportunities for active holidays. If you need to escape from stress or your everyday routine and do not want to meet crowds of tourists, the Orlické hory are the ideal place for you. Directly in Bartošovice you will find protected workshop Kopeček. It brings together four handicraft workshops that employ disabled people. You can buy products here and support the Neratov association. Directly in Bartošovice is also a small ski resort Nella The surroundings also offer many possibilities for short or longer trips: Neratov - Pilgrimage site with the majestic Church of the Assumption of Virgin Mary with unique decoration and a glass roof. The Neratov association operates in Neratov to help people with disabilities integrate into society. There is also a small local brewery. Hanička Fortress - a remnant of the pre-war fortification system of the 1930s. The reinforced concrete structure was built before the Second World War and belongs among the cultural monuments. Zemská brána - a natural formation where the river Divoká Orlice broke the back of the Orlické hory. Along the stream lined with rocks and boulders, you can reach reservoir Pastviny. Walking along the hiking trail also crosses the Smugglers footbridge. This was, especially after the First World War, used to smuggle various goods. There is a bus stop nearby, but I highly recommend taking your own car to be able to travel around the Orlické hory. At the cottage there is a private car park for up to three cars. In the cottage, we have a bacteria-based wastewater treatment system that can only process toilet paper and non-antibacterial cleaners (those that do not kill bacteria). That's why I kindly ask guests not to throw anything else into the sink or toilet. Otherwise, the cleaning system breaks down and the repair is quite expensive. Ecologically degradable dishwashing, dishwashing and cleaning products are available on site. I also ask guests about waste sorting, boxes for separate plastic and paper waste are in the kitchen.
