Serving the bedrooms is the family bathroom while there is also a shower room downstairs. The remainder of the property is occupied by a kitchen with dining area, sitting room and conservatory. Outside there are lawned gardens to the front and rear, while parking is available on the road. Ivy Cottage is a lovely escape, all year round. Maximum of two well-behaved pets welcome at £25.00 per pet. Inflatable hot tub available upon request, £25.00 extra per stay and can be used until 9pm. Please note this is a quiet residential area and courtesy to neighbouring properties would be appreciated. Please note, this property will take 4 adults and 2 children.
