The house has 4 bedrooms and is very suitable for large groups. The hot tub and sauna provide the necessary relaxation. Holten and the surrounding area offer many possibilities for excursions. There is plenty to do in Holten (5.5 km) itself, such as many different restaurants and cycling, hiking and mountain biking trails. The center of the Hanseatic city of Deventer (18 km) is easily accessible. For a day out you can visit Avonturenpark Hellendoorn. Next to the house is a nice covered terrace with patio furniture, fireplace and lounge sofas. The beautiful wellness area is located in the basement. Here you will find a wooden sauna, plunge pool, foot bath and sun loungers. Next to the wellness is a room with a pool table, dart board and refrigerator. Parking is possible in the carport. For reasons of tranquility, this house is not rented for parties and it is not allowed to gourmet here.
