Entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and access into the living room/dining area. A large calm airy room, 2 & 3 seater sofa, log burner, Smart TV, Sonos speaker. Dining for 4. Newly refurbished kitchen with top of the range appliances. Fridge/freezer, single oven, induction hob, microwave, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Iron & board. Vacuum cleaner. Bathroom with large walk in shower First Floor: Sleeps: 4 Guests x 2 Bedroom: 1 x king size bed, Emma mattress, draws & hanging space, weekend suitcase stand, mirror and hair dryer. 1 x small double bed, Emma mattress, weekend suitcase stand hanging space, mirror. Babies & toddlers welcome and on request we have a travel cot, high chair, baby monitor plus child friendly crockery. Hand washing & sanitizer products supplied at the front door & bathroom. Body/shampoo & condition not supplied. Bedding & pillows are hypo-allergenic, anti allergy. Linen and towels included. Street parking. Entire house with sunny private walled yard at the rear. Only a phone call away... Will be there to check you in & out ... but do have a locked key system at the front door. Checking in timings: Arrivals: 3pm Check out: 10am You are in a Great location to get out and see Northumberland’s secret wonders & wildlife. An amazing coastline full of castles, gardens & heritage. An abundance of sandy beaches, villages which host fine food, good drink & friendly cheer. Take a trip out to sea, from Amble our puffins at Coquet Island, or birds and marine life around the Farne Island. Walking and cycle routes that safely take you up & down the coast. Surfing, paddle boarding and more activities ...take a lesson with one of locally trained instructors. Amble is a bustling harbour village, full of independent retailers. The harbour boasts some great sunsets, bars, restaurants & cafes, coffee houses & takeouts. Award winning ice cream parlour & harbour side fish restaurant. Best takeout fish & chips. Visit our Pods and Sealife centre. Support local Industries and artisans. Train : Destination Alnmouth Edinburgh by train only 1 hr away. Newcastle 20 mins .... Car: Amble is easily accessible off the A1.... located just off the NE Coastal road. Walking & Cycling routes: many & designated On direct Bus route north to Alnwick... South to Morpeth Street parking. Please try not to park in front of no. 9 as they are elderly couple with mobility problems. There is a primary school at the bottom of the road... which means for 10 minutes in the morning and pick up the road is busy. If you are bringing a furry fiend please let me know so I am able to supply covers for the sofas... thank you
