This cosy , traditionally decorated house is ideally situated between Apollonia ( capital ) and Artemonas , and so easy to live in all year round , since everything is in walking distance through picturesque village pathways ; one can , therefore , be near the centre and yet in a quite spot . It has a privileged fully private terrace with an open view towards the nearby villages and the sea ! Buses going to all the beaches stop 2' away and so is the parking , in case one rents a car .The house sleeps 6 , but can also extend to 8 , as well as a baby ( cot, high chair etc ) . It is composed of a living room ( that can turn into a 1 bed bedroom ), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower & washing machine, a 3 bed bedroom, a 1 bed bedroom ( that can turn into a 2 bed bedroom ), and a studio ( independant bedroom with double bed & "en suite" bathroom ). A patio with open air shower is in the centre of the house and is protected from the wind on days with "meltemia" . A front view terrace ( as well as a rooftop terrace ) is where the outdoor sitting and eating mostly takes place .
