romantic flat

Our very cozy flat with old bars and a brick-wall is huge enough for 4 adults and is a place feels like home. The flat is located in the middle of the nature in a typical bavarian village. Great place to stay for a lot of activities. This is a very historical flat.... In the past this was the flat from the breweries brewmaster. The Brewery ist in the village and of course they are still brewing a very very good wheat beer there. The flat is seperated in two sleeping rooms, each with a double bed (180x200) allergenic bedding huge wardrobe big living room with reading corner and enough space to hang around SAT TV Dining Table for 4 persons bathroom with shower and bathtube two basins toilet wasching machine towels The kitchen is stuffed with Cooker with 4 cooking plates Ofen water cooker coffee machine fridge plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, cooking stuff... table South/West balcony with a wonderful view seperate entrance This is the perfect place for whatever you want to do... we are in the middle of the "Oberpfalz lake district" that means you have the choice in which lake you want to jump in :-) perfect area for hiking, sailing, kanutours, mountainbiking, bicycle tours, fishing... Of course you should not miss to visit the world heritage city regensburg. A city with a very long history... defenitely worth to visit We are located a few minutes away from the highway A93 (Exit Schwandorf Süd) The distance to: Regensburg -> 20 minutes Amberg -> 20 minutes Nürnberg -> 90 minutes it is very useful to visit us by car. we are not in the middle of a city center, we are located in a typical bavarian village.... that means without car you are not very flexible, because the connection with public transport is not every hour like in a big city... In the village you can find brewery restaurant (Brauereigasthof Plank) church beautiful nature -> everything of course in a walking distance We are located a few minutes away from the highway A93 (Exit Schwandorf Süd) The distance to: Regensburg -> 20 minutes Amberg -> 20 minutes Nürnberg -> 90 minutes it is very useful to visit us by car. we are not in the middle of a city center, we are located in a typical bavarian village.... that means without car you are not very flexible, because the connection with public transport is not every hour like in a big city...
