This spacious, sunny apartment on the second floor of a new building is located approximately 150 m from the Main Street in the southern part of the city with accessible city services. There are many parks in the vicinity. A trolley bus stop near the apartment offers a direct connection to the center of the spa zone and the colonnade with the singing fountain. Parking is available in front of the apartment. Besides the beds, you will also find a worktable with a full HD monitor, ideal for use as a comfortable remote workstation. ★★ Kitchen ★★ You can prepare a small snack or a large feast in our fully equipped kitchen. It has all the standard amenities, including a cooktop, oven and dishes. The kitchen features a dining table, a professional coffee maker and direct access to the balcony via a French window. ★★ Living room ★★ The living room contains another comfortable single bed and a sofa bed. It is also equipped with a flatscreen TV with SMART TV internet access. ★★ Bathroom / WC ★★ The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, a hair drier and plenty of towels. The toilet is in a separate room. ★★ Other equipment ★★ In the apartment, you will find everything else needed for a comfortable stay – an iron, ironing board, space for drying your clothes and other equipment. We will be available for you through your stay 24/7 :) ★★ Spa parks and mineral springs ★★ (less then 5 minutes walk from the apartment) There are more than 50 mineral springs in the area of Mariánské Lázně. Thanks to the diversity of their chemical composition, the springs can be used to treat kidney damage, musculoskeletal problems, or the digestive system. The closest spring is the Ferdinand Spring. You can reach it with a nice walk through the spa parks. ★★ Colonnade and Singing Fountain ★★ (less then 25 minutes walk from the apartment) This heart and center of the spa is easily accessible on foot or by public transport. The closest bus stop is called “Úšovická křižovatka” (ca. 3 minutes from the apartment). There is a daily program of music played as the singing fountain springs into life – these performances take place every odd hour from 7 am until 10 pm, with the final two displays (9 pm & 10 pm) enriched with embedded lights. A magnificent Art Nouveau colonnade stands right next to the fountain, with many local mineral springs located nearby. ★★ Miniature Park Boheminium Mariánské Lázně ★★ (less then 45 minutes walk from the apartment) Boheminium Park is the 4th largest park of miniatures in Europe! It is unique not only in its natural setting but also due to its wide range of elaborate models of Czech monuments in a scale of 1:25. No wonder ov (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) people visit it every year. ★★ Relax, spa wellness ★★ The Roman baths, dubbed the crowning jewels of Czech spas and located in Hotel Nové Lázně, were built in the 19th century and are one of the most beautiful baths in the world. The spa recently underwent a reconstruction and offers multiple modern saunas and hot tubs. You can also visit several pools and wellness facilities in Hotel Hvězda, Hotel Monty or Hotel Pacifik. ★★ Culture ★★ Mariánské Lázně offers a rich cultural program – concerts, theater performances, exhibitions, cinema, and more. You can always find current information on the city’s website, directly in the apartment, or in the nearby Information Center. We can also give you some local tips for ongoing events. ★★ Sport ★★ Our spa region is famous for its golf tradition. Mariánské Lázně can boast the oldest golf course and club in the Czech Republic. the local championship courses are among the best in the country. If you prefer tennis, two courts are located just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. Walking or cycling through the forest and parks is one of the ideal ways for spa guests to regenerate and gain new energy. Walks around the town and its surroundings offer unforgettable and unexpected views. A ski resort located only 400 m from the colonnade is the right choice for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. You will appreciate more than 1.5 km of ski slopes – from blue to black difficulty.
