Our house of approximately 150 m2 renovated in 2018 is composed as follows: * Living room with sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, wifi connection. * Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, waffle iron. * 1 suite upstairs (ten steps) with queen size bed, dressing room, private bathroom with spa bath, wc and terrace. * 1 bedroom with a secure single child bed, and a closet without wardrobe. * 1 bedroom with a double bed and a small wardrobe without wardrobe. * 1 independent bedroom but contiguous to the house composed of a double sleeping loft, a sofa bed and a small wardrobe without wardrobe * 1 office * 1 shower room and wc on the ground floor * Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, drying rack outside * Garden of 3000 m2, terrace with barbecue, table and chairs. * 1 games and relaxation room with ping-pong table, weight machine and dart board. Board games available and children's / adult books in French. Duvets, pillows, bed linen, house and towels are not provided by default. Depending on your choices, we can provide them for: * For duvet cover large or small bed, fitted sheet and pillowcase: 10 euros / pers / stay * For duvet and pillow: 5 euros / pers / stay * For towels: 5 euros / pers / stay Or in full package at 15 euros / pers / stay. Our family home and furniture are at your disposal with great pleasure. For the sake of respect, and to make things more enjoyable for everyone, we will ask you to take care and make the accommodation as you had it, in good condition, tidy, the household does. Upon your arrival a deposit check of 100 euros will be requested, returned to your output of course if the house is made clean :) Bike rental possible on Labenne, Capbreton, Hossegor 15 minutes from the house. * NON SMOKING Accommodation * * Our 4-legged friends are not accepted * At the hiring for 5 nights minimum and 7 people maximum.
