Charming Converted Barn with Heated Pool

Our charming spacious barn offers four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, two lounges and a kitchen diner. La Grange oozes character with exposed beams, high ceilings log burner and stone walls. Set in extensive grounds boasting a heated pool, there are sun beds and parasols on the surrounding tiled patio. There are garden games for all the family and table football to enjoy inside. Our pleasant village Aulnay, offers a twice weekly market, boulangerie and patisserie, post office, banks and a restaurant for lunch, dinner or coffee. Aulnay is a short drive or an enjoyable walk/cycle across the sunflower fields. The Intermarché is open all week and on a Sunday morning. It stocks everything from fresh bread, meat and vegetables to electrical goods and sun cream! The adjoining petrol station is available 24/7. The coast is just an hour away and the lively vibrant towns of Saintes, St Jean D’Angely and La Rochelle are within driving distance. The delightful islands ile de Re and île D’Oleron also offer great days out for everyone.
