This is a very spacious bright 3 bedroom self-catered Beachside house in a great location which has recently been refurbished & modernised . Whilst situated on the corner of Humber Street facing the beach positioning itself less than 50m from the sea front. 30 second walk from Cleethorpes populars Seaview street with its bars, shops and restaurants. There is a carpark behind house free from 6pm-8am you do have to pay in the day. On street parking available two streets up. Entire house will be availble to all guests 3 large bedrooms All Bedrooms have built in wardrobes 2 bathrooms/toilets Large dining/reception room Large Lounge TV in lounge area WIFI Available The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need this includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas hob/oven, mircowave, toaster and kettle. Parking: free street side parking near by house, large carpark behind the house. We do have a baby gate if needed at the property. We do also allow a dog to stay at an additional £30 charge.
