Between the Baltic Sea and Uckermark, between Szczecin and the Müritz is the contemplative place Wilhelmsburg. The Landhaus Wilhelmsburg was lovingly restored by us and expanded into a spacious holiday home. In the renovation, we have sought a natural and balanced state. The used wall colors are breathable natural colors, in the bathroom and kitchen terracotta tiles were laid. In the hallway, the original floor tiles, as well as parts of the old masonry have been uncovered. In the other rooms, the broad Douglas fir floorboards were brought to old splendor. The holiday home is heated either via two cozy fireplaces and a tiled stove, or comfortably via the new central heating system. The firewood we provide you free of charge. In addition to a large dining and living room you have kitchen, hallway, four bedrooms, a bathroom / WC (shower) and a separate toilet. There are beds for at least 8 people (9 people on request). One of the bedrooms can also be used as a second living room. The house is fully furnished and has all necessary utensils, incl. Complete kitchen equipment with oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and a TV with satellite channels. Of course, the large terrace, the more than 1. 200m² large garden and the barn with 200m² are at your disposal. Furthermore, garden furniture, beer benches and tables, a basketball basket, a barbecue and bicycles are included in the total price. Shops and all things of daily needs can be found in the neighboring Ferdinandshof. Several supermarkets, pharmacy, beverage shop, hardware store, petrol station, restaurants, doctors, etc. can be found here, easily reached in three minutes by car.
