A whole apartment for rent with lockable rooms on the second floor in a two-family house. Free parking on the property. The house is located in a green forrest area on a slope south of Örebro, neighbouring a nature reserve. It is easy to reach from the nearby road Glomman. It is an eco-house built with sustainable materials in an exquisitely beautiful location. The apartment has two rooms each furnished with wardrobe and single / double beds and a very small room with single bed. There is also a sofa in the kitchen which can be used as temporary sleeping place. The apartment has a bright kitchen with garden view to the south and west, sofa, induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. Bathroom with underfloor heating, washing machine, sitting bath tub with shower. Parts of the garden and the granite terrace are available for guests. We enjoy getting to know new people and are happy to tell guests about the area and where to go for various activities. We live in the bottom floor of the house and can always be contacted in person or electronically. We are driving motorbikes, so bikers are especially welcome and we would like to share our routes through the countryside with them. We speak english, vi pratar svenska und wir sprechen Deutsch. You just step out of the door and start your walk through the forrest. There are tracks in the nature reserve area Reträtten. Sörbybackens outdoor gym with a 185 step staircase is 500 meters away. There are MTB trails, golf course around the corner and Gustavsviksbadet close by. Cycling distance to the university, close to ICA Maxi, Coop Extra, Rosängsboden to buy food and amenities. Cycling is the appropriate way to go around in Örebro in summertime. It is also a great area for on-road and off-road motorbiking. The next bus stop can easily be reached by bicycle.
